For all orders placed on our US website shipping to the international locations above, your order will be shipped using UPS International from the United States. The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method. Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient, these fees will be due at the time of delivery. This shipping method typically takes up to a week. For shipping to APOs and FPOs, please use the regular US website.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.bampz.com, you can return it for a replacement or refund within one year of purchase.
BAMPZ guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Since quantities may be limited, you can expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise.
Used items must be cleaned for a return or exchange. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered to the BAMPZ Returns Department, it will be returned at your expense.
H2O4K9 and NEOSLING items can go out of stock quickly. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount.
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. BAMPZ LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

If your BAMPZ product is damaged in the course of normal (or abnormal) wear and tear, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement. Products damaged while being used in an unintended way are not covered by the lifetime warranty.
